Caliente

thats what it was a few weeks ago.  Sooooo, since it was caliente, we moseyed on over to the nearest water park, do get fresco.

Safari

My sister Brenda and her family came to the LA Zoo a couple of weeks ago, and we headed over to welcome them, to our hood :)

KOL

My awesome husband surprised me with Kings Of Leon (KOL) concert tickets.  I did mess it up and accidently found out...opps!  I felt bad.  Last monday we found babysitters (bless my mother, mother-in-law, TI, and Faye's heart) and headed over to the Hollywood Bowl for some great music.  I'm thankful for my husband because he toilerates my taste of music, we really like two totally different types of music, but that's ok because he loves me and enjoys it because I do.  I love him so!  We had a great time.

We had to get up and dance when our favorite songs were performed.  PJ laughed at how "white people" dance (please don't feel offended :).  He perceived it as dancing with "no bones," haha that's true!

I'm thankful for my husband who loves me and strives to show me more of Christ.

On Trees

Family day this week we headed over and explored our favorite spot that the kids love, the Griffith.  This time we didn't go inside but instead had a picnic up on a hill and climbed trees...Well, I definitely didn't (although PJ wants me to when I'm done popping out the 3rd) but the kids and Lovely did. They had a splendid time as I watched nervously. 

LA is so interesting--you have the city a fews miles down and then wilderness.

Venturing

A lovely day to head over to the beach with the fam for Family Day!  We all get so excited to explore the world with each other, and just make memories.  Can't wait to get the other little girl out here to venture with us :)

I feel and look so big!  Can't wait til I pop her out!!!

Valentine's Day

Our Valentine's Day was broken up into a few days.  Since it was family day on Thursday we also celebrated with the kids.

It began with yummy, heart wheat- honey banana pancakes

Then Saturday little gifts to show LOVE

Then off to the much awaited LAstreetFoodFest!

The line was ridiculous! This is the closest we got :(  My hubby was right we should have paid a little more for the VIP tickets.  

After this failed attempt, we whisked off to drop off the kids, I did a little shopping, and later that night our weekly hot date :)  Like my hubby said, every week is Valentine's.
