Key's Man

One day Key might have a real "man," but for now she hangs tight to her Snowman. She loves him. She holds him when she's tired, distressed, playful, and asleep. One day we pray she will find a husband that will uphold her as a leader, and be an arrow to Christ, her only real potential Savior. But for now, Snowman can be that for her, and we pray for Christ to be her ultimate.
That's not pooh on Snowman, it's Key's food she kindly applied to his bottom :)

We LOVE her SO much!

And so it continues...

Upon contemplating if I should continue in this blog-sphere, I have decided to continue. I was encouraged when one of my dear friends commented on a blog entry (I didn't even know she read up on us every now and then), and another comment from my husband pushed me over. Since I am so behind with this, I'll just be doing some recaps.

I forgot about this picture.

So what knew tricks can she do?

According to PJ, (who could be lying, j/k) Key turned over yesterday. I tried being there for the 2nd attempt but you know how that works...WB frog, ring a bell? :) But I did get the after shots.

And another cool trick for our young lady. My little Pan Dulce (I still use the name once in a while, she has so many nicknames!) found out she has feet!

Too big...

Our little cute Key has turned 3 months! How time flies. She is so cute and I can kiss her forever--believe me I've tried, but she gets mad, I feel like my older sister, who is known for smothering the little babies in the family with muchos besos...lots of love sister Angie :)

Thank you Lord for the gift of children to PJ, and I, you are kind to allow us to enjoy your blessings daily. May we grow in our appreciation for you, and not neglect you, when we are enjoying our family. Be supreme in our lives and help us teach Rock and Key the joy of being loved by you.

VBS

VBS was last week, but I am behind with blogging. It was Rock's 2nd and Key's first. Auntie Amy, Penny, and Sandy were the kids teachers, and they did a great job taking care of the kiddies :)

Bubbles!

At VBS graduation

Cousin Sammy
Cousin Amanda was known as the mature girl in her class, she'd even eat lunch with the teachers rather than the kids. She is so cute.

Lord, help these children know you early on in their lives, and may we as parents not treat them as believers too early, as to give them a false sense of security in Christ. May you allow us, parents, to live out true godliness and invite our children to purse Christ.

MEET KEY...

Name: Key Hava Tibayan
DOB: 5/16/08
Time: 5: 39pm
Weight: 8lb. 9oz.
Height: 20in

There's been a lot that has happened but haven't had the time, or energy to blog. Here's a short recap...

My mom arrived here the 14th, God was kind enough to let her be here before I went into labor. She left this morning back to Cali, she was a huge blessing and it was great having her here to help with Elijah and Key, and we even had the opportunity to show her around a bit.

Key's first day out was at the Holocaust Museum on Saturday (24th) and she was at her first church service this past Sunday (25th).

Elijah seems GIGANTIC to us now! Even his diapers are huge :)

Sleep comes in increments of 2-3 hours at night.

I am on antibiotics for a UTI, so please pray that the med's don't hurt Key too bad.

Her second doctor's appointment is tomorrow at 10 am.

Mark Dever pronounced Key's middle name incorrectly to the church.

Two car seats in our car, a slim person can ride back there with the kids :)

She looks nothing like me.

Elijah likes his new sister.
